Winnipesaukee Boys Lacrosse Camp (also referred to as “WINNILAX BOYS CAMP” or “WINNILAX”) and WINNICAMPS LLC (collectively, “WINNICAMPS”) are fully committed to protecting the privacy and security of our campers, their families, and all users of our website and registration forms.

We collect and store only the information necessary to safely and effectively operate our programs, including registration details, emergency medical information, and payment data. We do not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties outside of WINNICAMPS LLC, except as expressly outlined in this policy (such as for authorized partnerships or required emergency communications).

All information is stored securely, access is restricted to authorized personnel, and data is used solely for administrative, safety, medical, and program-related purposes.

Opting out will not affect participation in required medical or camp communications.

WINNICAMPS provides limited medical coverage for campers during official camp activities, including on-premises programming and supervised transformational boat use.

Our operational policies and procedures prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants. All WINNICAMPS contracted staff and volunteers undergo thorough vetting, including background checks, letters of reference, or other verification through their respective organizations or approved contracted agencies/services, along with comprehensive training in emergency response, camper supervision, and strict health and safety standards.

Staff training, protocols, and operational procedures are reviewed and updated regularly, including waterfront and inclement weather safety, in alignment with applicable state and local youth camp guidelines, and under the guidance and umbrella of Lakeside Retreats LLC | Camp Winaukee.

WINNICAMPS LLC maintains full insurance coverage for all camp operations, including liability and accident protection, in accordance with applicable state and local requirements.

8. Intellectual Property & Branding

All logos, trademarks, design concepts, and related intellectual property associated with WINNICAMPS LLC programs — including Winnipesaukee Boys Lacrosse Camp (WINNILAX / WINNILAX BOYS CAMP), WINNHOCKEY CAMP, and affiliated partnerships using the logos or IP of Winnipesaukee Lacrosse Camp (Winni Lax Camp / Winnipesaukee Girls Lacrosse Camp) — are exclusively owned by WINNICAMPS LLC.

WINNICAMPS LLC has granted limited, authorized permission to affiliated partnership entities under formal agreements (including the Trademark License Agreement with Winnipesaukee Lacrosse Camp LLC) to use these logos and intellectual property solely for promoting or operating affiliated programs under WINNICAMPS’ guidance. All use must comply with the terms of such agreements, including quality control, territory, and brand usage requirements. Any other use of these assets — including for merchandise, promotion, or online/offline marketing — requires explicit written permission from WINNICAMPS LLC.

Families registering for Winnipesaukee Boys Lacrosse Camp (also referred to as WINNILAX BOYS CAMP) are required to review and accept the full Policies & Procedures Release & Waiver, which includes important information regarding safety protocols, gear requirements, behavior expectations, cancellation policies, and our liability release terms.
