We strongly recommend labeling all camper items! With so many campers bringing similar gear, clearly labeled items help prevent mix-ups and ensure lost belongings make their way back to their owners. Whether it’s a lax stick, helmet, water bottle, or clothing, a simple name label makes a big difference in keeping everything organized and easy to identify during camp.

LACROSSE

ESSENTIALS

Along w/ Clothes & Items for 5 Days of Camp Life, please pack these required essential play items for lacrosse :

HELMET – Must meet NOCSAE standards & include a face mask and chin strap.
MOUTHGUARDS (2) – Must be pre-molded & fully cover the upper teeth.
SHOULDER PADS – Must meet NOCSAE ND200 standards for heart protection.
ARM PADS/ELBOW PADS – Required for all players except goalies.
GLOVES – Provide hand protection while allowing flexibility.
LACROSSE STICK – SHORTY ATT/MID : 40-42" ~ HYBRID SSDM ~ LONG POLE DEF: 52-72".

Players are welcome to bring more than the one stick, especially those who play in multiple roles.

CLEATS – For playing on our island grass fields.
TURFS or SNEAKERS – For potential indoor play & some trainings.

Included with Tuition

All Campers receive a WINNILAX REVERSIBLE JERSEY & WINNILAX SHORTS for competing on their divisional teams in our Tournament Games.

Label Your Stuff

We recommend labeling all personal and equipment items as well as stick(s) with camper name or initials for easy identification.

WE ARE TREE NUT FREE

Please do not pack any foods containing tree nuts, as our camp is completely tree nut free.

One Other Note!

We have a Licensed Camp Nurse on Staff - 24 Hours/Day

Please specify any needs within our required Medical Form, provided in your Camper Reservation Confirmation Email. If applicable plan to provide camper medications at check in.
